  The sale of the South Bay was good, but the service following has been very frustrating. I NEVER get a call from them to inform me of the status of the repair or service being performed. Most recently my boat was towed there for engine issues, they have had it a week, and after multiple calls asking for updates, and promises of call backs... STILL NO UPDATE! Even speaking with the manager he says (two days in a row) his technician has not given him an update. Customer Service is pathetic. Unfortunately the service extension has made me so bitter, I doubt I would give them a look when buying another boat, and I am most certainly looking for a new service provider.
